The Flour Pot Bakery is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Supervisor to support the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations. The role involves managing front-of-house staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. As this is a casual position, hours are flexible according to business requirements.

Duties:

• Assist with daily floor and counter operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food standards
• Support inventory management and ordering
• Train, guide, and supervise front-of-house staff
• Manage customer inquiries and feedback
• Assist with financial reporting and sales strategies
• Collaborate on marketing and community engagement
• Maintain store aesthetic and quality control
