Sales Associate

Location: H.Samuel, 44/45 Churchill Square, Brighton, BN1 2TD

A permanent, part-time Sales Associate position working 8 hours per week at H.Samuel in Brighton. You will play a key role in helping the store maintain performance, meet sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Working patterns may include additional hours during peak trading periods, Bank Holidays, and weekends.

Duties:

• Maintain store performance and meet sales targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create amazing experiences for customers
• Build strong product knowledge and jewellery expertise to handle diverse customer enquiries

Requirements:

• A passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences
• An interest in jewellery products and brands
• A positive, 'can-do' attitude with a natural ability to strike up conversations with diverse customers
