We are looking for a charismatic Bartender to join our dynamic team at The Ivy Asia in Brighton. This position offers a guaranteed 20 hours minimum contract with both full-time and part-time options available to suit your needs.

Duties:

• Welcome customers
• Take drinks orders and make recommendations
• Prepare and serve exquisite drinks
• Handle financial transactions
• Supervise barbacks
• Maintain knowledge of drink legislation, food safety, and hygiene practices
