We are seeking a dynamic Site Manager to lead daily operations at our West Hove location, ensuring operational excellence and a positive customer experience. This hands-on role is a key development opportunity within the business, suitable for ambitious leaders looking to progress over a 12–18 month tenure. The role involves working in an exposed coastal environment, requiring a positive attitude to maintain a great atmosphere for staff and customers year-round.

Duties:

• Oversee daily site operations and lead the front-of-house team
• Ensure high standards of customer service, presentation, and cleanliness
• Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior supervisor or assistant manager role
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing operation
