Duties:
- Create and develop innovative and high-quality pastry recipes
- Carry out the daily production of cakes and sweet products
- Manage inventory and ingredient sourcing
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate production schedules
- Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished products
- Adhere to high hygiene and safety standards
- Contribute to the development of seasonal menus
Requirements:
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Positive and effective communication skills
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume setting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
