Assistant Manager

Location: Brighton Jubilee Street

Assistant Managers work with the General Manager to lead, inspire, and coach the team while overseeing the restaurant's profitability and customer service standards. You will be expected to be available for a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Duties:

• Lead from the front and work hands-on in the line and dining area
• Support the General Manager in store operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Manage the restaurant's P&L, including driving sales and controlling costs
• Develop the team, identify future talent, and create a positive, high-energy work environment
• Ensure shifts run smoothly and address customer complaints promptly

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment
• Track record of driving customer satisfaction and achieving positive performance metrics
• Experience with P&L management, labour costs, and inventory control
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
• Understanding of Food Safety standards and Health & Safety regulations
