Location: Brighton
Brighton i360 is seeking talented Sous Chefs at all levels, from Junior to Senior, to join their team at one of Brighton’s most iconic beachfront venues. You will assist in running a vibrant beachfront bar, a buzzing café-bar, and a fast-paced events kitchen, ensuring creative, high-quality food delivery. This is a dynamic role with great opportunities for professional growth within the Nightcap Group.
Duties:
- Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise service across multiple sections
- Support or deputise for the Head Chef, depending on experience
- Help train and develop the wider kitchen team
- Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene (HACCP)
- Contribute to exciting seasonal menus and bespoke event offerings
- Foster a collaborative and positive kitchen culture
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sous Chef at any level
- A real passion for food, flavour, and presentation
- Great communication and leadership skills
- Solid knowledge of allergens, HACCP, and kitchen safety
- Experience in high-volume service or events is a big bonus
