This role offers a flexible casual schedule where you can choose shifts that suit your availability, making it ideal to balance alongside education, other employment, or personal commitments. As a Casual Front Office Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring a seamless experience for every guest from arrival to departure.

Duties:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and complete the check-in process, including room assignments and key issuance
  • Process guest departures, verify charges, handle payments, and issue receipts
  • Provide detailed knowledge of hotel offerings, promotions, and the local area
  • Use up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize revenue
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with care and urgency
