Store Colleague

Location: Brighton

As a Store Colleague at Jd Sports in Brighton, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming, knowledgeable, and high-quality in-store experience for outdoor enthusiasts. You will keep the shop floor running smoothly, greet customers, maintain displays, and replenish stock. This part-time role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and busy seasonal periods.

Duties:

• Welcome customers with confidence and enthusiasm, offering friendly support and helping them find the right products for their needs
• Use in-store systems to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer journey
• Keep the shop floor clean, organised, and fully replenished, ensuring displays stay fresh and aligned with Blacks standards
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till duties, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines

Requirements:

• A positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment
• Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging customers and working as part of a team
• Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and develop product knowledge in a supportive store environment
