Matchday Steward

Location: American Express Stadium, Village Way, Brighton, BN1 9BL

Come and play your part as a Matchday Steward for Brighton & Hove Albion FC during the 2026/27 season. You will be expected to work all home matches at the spectacular American Express Stadium, ensuring all fans are kept safe and have an enjoyable experience. This is a fast-paced role where you will need to be adaptable, reliable, and able to thrive under pressure.

Duties:

• Ensure all fans are kept safe and secure throughout the match day
• Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for all guests and fans entering the stadium
• Remain adaptable and handle high-pressure situations effectively

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication skills and a reliable team-player attitude
• Proof of the right to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
• Pass background checks, including DBS and a full 3-year reference history
