Crew Clothing is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to join their team in Brighton. Working 4 hours per week, you will focus on generating sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining impeccable store standards. This role offers an inviting, collaborative work environment with room to grow.

Duties:

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about products, features, benefits, and stock availability to customers
• Promote multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store

Requirements:

• Customer service focused with good communication skills
• Experience in the retail industry
• Good IT skills (desirable)
• Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand (desirable)
