As Part Time Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in leading the team to success. You will motivate staff to deliver excellent guest experiences at Harvester, a family-favourite dining brand. This role offers fantastic progression opportunities and excellent company benefits.
Duties:
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and act as Duty Manager when needed
- Train, inspire, and develop your team to deliver exceptional food, drink, and service
- Lead and motivate the team to create great experiences for guests
