Food and Beverage Assistant

Location: Brighton, East Sussex, United Kingdom

Join the team at DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole as a part-time Food and Beverage Assistant, where you will help prepare for dining and event service. You will spread the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. This is an on-site, part-time position.

Duties:

• Support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events
• Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure a consistently high level of service
• Set and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins, and cleaning and placing tableware
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
