Loss Prevention Officer

Location: 36-37 North Street, Brighton, BN1 1EB

As a Loss Prevention Officer at TK Maxx, you will help to deliver the goal of keeping customers, associates, and assets safe. This part-time role focuses on supporting a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, and approachable presence. You will work closely with the store team to deter loss on the sales floor and maintain product security.

Duties:

• Act as a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at the store entrance doors
• Deter loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function
• Maintain product security in close collaboration with the store team
• Deliver effective conflict resolution when required

Requirements:

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference
• Strong natural communication skills
• Experience in a customer-facing role, retail, or security is ideal but not essential
