Retail Associate

Location: 1 The Goldstone Retail Park, Old Shoreham Road, Hove, BN3 7PN

TK Maxx is looking for Retail Associates to join their welcoming team in Hove. Opportunities are available for 12, 16, or 20 hours per week depending on your availability. This role offers a supportive and inclusive environment where you can learn, grow, and build your retail career.

Duties:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers and assisting with their needs
• Handle cashier duties, fitting room assistance, backroom support, and keep the store clean and inviting
• Participate in learning and development programs to build skills and retail knowledge
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

• Friendly, approachable, and able to create a warm environment
• Committed teammate who communicates openly and supports colleagues
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and addressing concerns with care
• Flexible, organized, and adaptable in a busy, fast-paced setting
• No previous experience required, as full training is provided
