Duties:
- Partnering with store leadership to drive sales and awareness of key business metrics.
- Empowering the team to deliver personalized service and elevated styling recommendations.
- Executing daily opening and closing office procedures and essential store operations.
- Managing product flow including shipment processing, restocking, and visual display standards.
- Mentoring and developing the Stylist team through clear communication and positive feedback.
