Duties:
- Delivering excellent service by understanding customer needs and identifying ownership opportunities.
- Educating customers on relevant ways to buy and stay up to date on Apple’s products and services.
- Supporting peers throughout the store by sharing knowledge and assisting with sales processes.
- Maintaining accuracy and following guidance while performing various store tasks as needed.
- Contributing to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating Apple’s values.

Requirements:
- Availability to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs and effectively communicate them.
