Boots Healthcare Logistics Driver

Location: Hove, Portslade By Sea

This role involves working 3 days across Monday to Saturday, with shift times including AM (8.45 - 13.00) and PM/Evening (13.45 - 20.30) slots. You will be on-call for a minimum of two additional shifts per week to cover extra deliveries as needed. This position requires flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns including weekends and evenings.

Duties:

• Deliver and collect medicines from Care Homes, patients, GP surgeries, and stores.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while following safety protocols.
• Build professional relationships with store teams, care homes, and GP surgeries.
• Maintain the provided vehicle and report any issues.
• Provide feedback on customer comments and operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Full, valid UK driving license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Ability to read and interpret delivery routes and instructions.
• Physical stamina for a manually demanding role involving heavy lifting.
• Comfort using new technology and handheld navigation devices.
