Location: Russell Place, Brighton and Hove, United Kingdom
This is a temporary part-time position offering contracted hours of 8, 12, or 16 hours per week in Brighton. For this role, you will need flexibility to work 2 to 4 days per week, which includes working weekends. You will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience and representing the brand positively.
Duties:
- Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with customers to provide excellent service.
- Supporting with commercial and operational actions to reach store goals and sales targets.
- Keeping informed about the latest fashion trends, brands, and competitors to inspire customers.
- Providing and receiving feedback to support team learning and development.
