Shift Manager

Location: 78 Boundary Road, Portslade, Brighton and Hove, UK

Join Greggs as a Shift Manager in a permanent role, supporting the management team and looking after the shop when the Manager is away. You will lead and motivate the team while ensuring customers have a brilliant experience. The shifts for this role involve working between the hours of 5:30 AM and 7:30 PM.

Duties:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain excellent shop standards
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare food products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
• Ensure displays are fully stocked at all times with plenty of choice
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy, and presentable

Requirements:

• Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for customer service
• Supportive of an inclusive work culture
• Previous team supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment
• Ability to meet the availability requirements for the role
