You will work a permanent contract of 32 hours per week, utilizing your leadership experience to deliver an outstanding and safe guest experience.

Duties:

  • Manage the hotel's day-to-day operations to ensure a welcoming and brilliant guest experience
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team
  • Oversee health and safety standards
  • Utilize the company administration system to maintain operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within retail or similar sectors
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and professionally
