You will work a permanent contract of 32 hours per week, utilizing your leadership experience to deliver an outstanding and safe guest experience.
Duties:
- Manage the hotel's day-to-day operations to ensure a welcoming and brilliant guest experience
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team
- Oversee health and safety standards
- Utilize the company administration system to maintain operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within retail or similar sectors
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
