Front of House Team Member

Location: Lower Promenade, Brighton BN1 2LN

Join the team at one of Brighton’s most unique seafront attractions as a Front of House Team Member and become the face of Brighton i360. We are looking for confident and professional individuals to welcome guests and deliver memorable experiences across the whole venue. This is a varied, high-energy role where you will work across multiple areas including the café, retail shop, and our guest experience pod. Whether you are hosting guests on the i360 experience or supporting service in the Drift Bar & Kitchen, your hands-on approach will ensure every visitor leaves with a smile. Duties:
- Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression at the attraction.
- Selling tickets and supporting guest flow through the venue efficiently.
- Delivering great service in the café and gift shop to drive sales and satisfaction.
- Hosting guests on the i360 pod experience and sharing knowledge about the attraction.
- Supporting service and events in the Drift Bar & Kitchen and private booking areas.

Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing environments.
- Confident, friendly, and professional manner with guests and colleagues.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume settings during busy seafront days.
- Flexible attitude and happy to work across different front-of-house roles.
