Duties:
- Taking food and drink orders and delivering exceptional hospitality to guests in Cyan Restaurant.
- Addressing guest concerns courteously and promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborating with colleagues across all departments to consistently elevate the guest experience.
- Operating in a safe and orderly manner and adhering to all company policies and legislation.
- Utilizing relevant systems correctly to complete tasks and reporting any hazards to management.
