Join The Flour Pot Bakery as a Flexi Key Holder and play a crucial role in supporting our store management teams across our 12 sites in Brighton, Hove, and Worthing. We are seeking an experienced barista with a passion for high-end coffee and a level head to assist with opening and closing duties. This unique role involves travelling between our diverse locations, including the Amex Stadium and Brighton & Hove Albion training ground, ensuring consistent standards of service and product presentation. You will be responsible for managing stock, handling cash reconciliation, and creating a fantastic customer experience and workplace environment. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.00 plus tips, free lunch on shift, and travel expenses for stores in Worthing. This is a perfect stepping stone into further career opportunities within our artisan bakery and wholesale operation. A driver's licence is preferable as you will need to travel independently between stores for early morning shifts starting as early as 6:00 AM.

Duties:
- Opening and closing stores across 12 sites, including cash handling and reconciliation duties.
- Supporting store management in day-to-day operations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Delivering excellent customer service and monitoring product presentation and quality.
- Managing stock levels, including ordering and waste control, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Traveling independently between stores to cover shifts as required by the business rota.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a café, bakery, or hospitality key holder/supervisory role is required.
- Strong barista skills with practical know-how around espresso machines is a must.
- Leadership and organisational skills with the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work early mornings (from 6:00 AM), weekends, and holidays.
- Driver's licence and access to own vehicle is highly preferable.
