About the Role & Hours: As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will use your passion to support customers throughout their journey, helping them find their dream sofa. This part-time role requires 20 hours per week, working within a close-knit team to provide an exceptional, personalised shopping experience.

Duties:

  • Warmly greet customers and engage with them in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ask questions and listen to customers to help guide them to find their perfect sofa
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of DFS products, features, and benefits
  • Complete customer orders via an Apple iPad and handle finance applications
  • Maintain customer contact over the phone and email while supporting with administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Natural flair for engaging with customers in a face-to-face role
  • Confidence to proactively approach customers and discuss their needs
  • Motivation to work towards targets and KPIs
  • Great attention to detail and a dedicated work ethic
  • Willingness to learn with a positive and friendly attitude
