Customer Team Member

Location: 33-39 Old London Road Patcham, Brighton, BN1 8XR

You will play a key role in delivering friendly service and helping the store run smoothly as part of a dedicated team. This role includes closing shifts from mid-afternoon through to late evening, and requires flexible availability across the week including at least one weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, any Saturday shift, or any Sunday shift).

Duties:

• Support the day-to-day running of the store through friendly and thoughtful customer service
• Work on the shop floor and tills to create a great shopping experience
• Keep shelves stocked and check prices, dates, and stock accuracy
• Ensure the store is safe and legal by monitoring temperatures and stock levels
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service
• The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
