Sales Associate

Location: Brighton

As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret, you will work in an exciting, fast-paced retail environment. This part-time role covers 8.5 hours per week with a schedule consisting of Sunday 13:00 - 17:00 and Saturday 09:30 - 14:00.

Duties:
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience and assisting at the till
- Providing expert bra fitting advice and style recommendations
- Managing visual merchandising and product presentation
- Maintaining store standards, including stock replenishment and delivery management
- Adhering to health and safety and loss prevention procedures

Requirements:
- Passion for retail and creating a unique customer experience
- Keenness to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge
- Ability to build valued relationships with team members and customers
- Flexible and supportive team player
- Capability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
