Retail Assistant

Location: American Express Stadium, Village Way, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN1 9BL

Step into the heart of matchday action as a Retail Assistant, playing a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for fans at the American Express Stadium. You will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service, responding to public enquiries, and offering expert advice on products. This role requires a commitment to work every home matchday throughout the 2026/27 season, with shifts taking place on weekends and during the evenings.

Duties:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to fans and visitors.
- Respond to public enquiries and offer expert advice on retail products.
- Assist fans with shirt printing and personalising their kits.
- Maintain a positive and professional environment during busy matchday periods.
- Engage with customers to make them feel valued while keeping cool under pressure.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment.
- Ability to commit to working all home matchdays for the 2026/27 season, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong communication skills and a fan-focused attitude.
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo background checks.
