Store Colleague

Location: Unit 2, Carden Retail Park, Carden Avenue, Brighton, BN1 8LW

As a Store Colleague, you will be at the heart of the pet care centre, providing exceptional service and fostering loyalty. Availability is required for 4 days per week, including a Wednesday and weekends, with shifts scheduled between 7:00AM and 8:15PM.

Duties:
- Exceed customer expectations and uphold top pet care standards
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent operations
- Address customer questions and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to reach Pet Care Centre goals
- Maintain a target focus to enhance business performance
