Trading Post Coffee Roasters is seeking a passionate Chef to join their growing artisan hospitality group in Brighton. This role focuses on delivering high-quality brunch and food items during daytime hours, with the benefit of no late evening shifts. Candidates should be confident working in multiple kitchen sections and driven to achieve consistent food quality and service results.

Duties:
- Ensure the reputation for excellent food and service is upheld at all times
- Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped for service
- Support in all areas of the kitchen as required
- Undertake regular training and always be striving for self-improvement
- Work to support a busy team and take an active part in contributing to team-driven results
- Display a smart and professional appearance representing the company positively

Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa
- Experience in hospitality and service within a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of food safety and food preparation
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen
