Location: B&Q Brighton Local, Brighton and Hove
As a Customer Advisor, you will help customers with the ideas, advice, tools, and confidence they need to improve their homes. This is a part-time role for 10 hours per week on a permanent contract, with shifts available Monday to Sunday from 7am to 10pm, requiring flexibility for weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
Duties:
- Provide ideas, advice, tools, and confidence to customers to help them improve their homes
- Use new technology and learn new ways of working
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to support store operations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about home improvement
- Great team player who gets a buzz from helping others
- Flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
- Eager to learn and expand skills using new technology
