Postperson with Driving

Location: Shoreham By Sea Delivery Office, BN43 5XN

Join Royal Mail as a permanent Postie delivering to the local community in Shoreham By Sea. This part-time role involves working 26 hours per week over 5 days across Monday to Sunday, with shifts scheduled between 13:00 and 18:00.

Duties:
- Securely deliver all mail and packages on an assigned route
- Handle and deliver election materials and restricted items like alcohol or food
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions to ensure community deliveries
- Maintain high standards of customer service at the doorstep

Requirements:
- Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Ability to walk for long periods and perform a physically demanding role
- Strong organizational and punctual timekeeping skills
- Upbeat, independent, and self-motivated personality
