Location: Hove Superstore

This is a customer-focused retail role requiring availability on Sundays (10:00 - 16:00), and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings (17:45 - 24:00). You will contribute to a diverse team to ensure great customer service, product replenishment, and efficient store operations.

Duties:

• Serve customers with passion and pride
• Work across service, picking, and replenishment areas
• Safely and effectively execute store routines
• Handle products with care to maintain quality
• Assist with store deliveries

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Ability to take initiative and make customer-focused decisions
• Reliability, punctuality, and professional presentation
