Casual Kitchen Porter

As a Casual Kitchen Porter, you will join the hotel team to keep the kitchen and dining areas sparkling clean. This casual, part-time role involves spreading hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. The position offers a flexible on-site working schedule.

Duties:

• Clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans, and polish silver
• Ensure supplies and equipment are always well stocked and organized for seamless service
• Perform essential cleaning tasks, including mopping and waste removal
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions
• Handle hazardous substances safely and comply with all hygiene and safety regulations
• Promptly alert the supervisor on duty to any safety concerns or equipment issues
• Share your expertise with new team members to help strengthen team performance
