Retail Supervisor

Location: 40/41 George Street, Hove, East Sussex BN3 3YB

This role involves supporting the management team with the day-to-day operations of the store to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. The position requires working 16 hours per week with flexible 4-hour shifts scheduled between Monday-Saturday 8am-6:30pm and Sunday 8:15am-4:15pm.

Duties:

• Motivate team members and maintain high energy in the store
• Support store management with daily operational tasks
• Drive sales targets and monitor key performance indicators
• Maintain store presentation, stock shelves, and minimize shrinkage or till errors
• Provide piercing services for customers following provided training

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit, and service
• Ability to mentor and develop team skills
• Willingness to perform customer piercing services
