Location: Hove Superstore

This is a customer-focused role that involves working across service, picking, and replenishment areas. The availability windows for this position are Thursday 14:45 - 22:30, Friday 14:00 - 22:30, and Saturday 14:00 - 22:30. You will be part of a diverse team and will contribute to creating an inclusive shopping environment.

Duties:

• Serve customers with passion and pride
• Work across store service, picking, and replenishment areas
• Put training into practice to work safely and effectively
• Make decisions that meet the needs of customers
• Take part in seasonal, community, and charity events
• Handle products with care to maintain quality
• Accept deliveries into the store

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Passion for delivering great service and greeting customers
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Take initiative and make customer-focused decisions
• Work well within a team and communicate openly
• Be punctual, well-presented, and act as a brand ambassador
