Location: Hove Superstore

This is a customer-focused role where you will work across various departments including service, picking, and replenishment. You will be scheduled for 16.5 hours per week within specified availability windows, which include Sundays 10:00 - 16:30, Wednesdays 10:00 - 19:00, and Fridays 10:00 - 19:15.

Duties:

• Serve customers with passion and provide natural service
• Work across store service, picking, and replenishment areas
• Apply training to work safely and effectively
• Drive service and sales while reducing waste and shrink
• Take part in seasonal, community, and charity events
• Handle products with care and accept deliveries

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Passion for delivering great customer service
• Ability to build rapport and work well within a team
• Capability to take initiative and make customer-focused decisions
• Reliability in attendance and presentation
