Location: Hove Superstore

This role involves working a variety of store tasks with a focus on customer service. You will be scheduled within specific availability windows including Sundays from 10am to 4pm, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings from 5:45pm to midnight.

Duties:

• Serve customers with passion and pride
• Work across service, picking, and replenishment areas
• Safely and effectively implement training
• Make decisions that prioritize customer needs
• Participate in community and charity events
• Handle products with care and accept store deliveries

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years old
• Passion for delivering great customer service
• Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a team
• Reliability, punctuality, and professional presentation
