Location: I360, Brighton
Join the kitchen team at Brighton i360, an iconic beachfront venue operating a vibrant bar, café-bar, and events kitchen. This role involves leading kitchen operations across multiple sections and supporting the Head Chef to deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis.
Duties:
- Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise service across multiple sections.
- Support or deputise for the Head Chef.
- Train and develop the wider kitchen team.
- Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Contribute to seasonal menus and bespoke event offerings.
Requirements:
- Sous chef experience at any level from junior to senior.
- Passion for food, flavour, and presentation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of allergens, HACCP, and kitchen safety.
- Previous experience in high-volume service or events.
