Location: I360, Brighton

Join the kitchen team at Brighton i360, an iconic beachfront venue operating a vibrant bar, café-bar, and events kitchen. This role involves leading kitchen operations across multiple sections and supporting the Head Chef to deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis.

Duties:

  • Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise service across multiple sections.
  • Support or deputise for the Head Chef.
  • Train and develop the wider kitchen team.
  • Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Contribute to seasonal menus and bespoke event offerings.

Requirements:

  • Sous chef experience at any level from junior to senior.
  • Passion for food, flavour, and presentation.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of allergens, HACCP, and kitchen safety.
  • Previous experience in high-volume service or events.
