Concierge

Location: Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront, Brighton

As a Concierge, you will be the face of the hotel, welcoming guests with a warm and friendly personality. In this busy, variable-time role, you will provide city recommendations and deliver first-class service to ensure guests have an excellent stay. This position includes supporting the front desk team over weekends.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests into the hotel warmly
• Provide guidance and local recommendations for guests' stays in the city
• Support the front desk team over weekends
• Take all opportunities to exceed guests' expectations
• Organise and prioritise multiple requests at any given time

Requirements:

• Warm and friendly personality suitable for a front-of-house role
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced hospitality environment
