Cellar Operator

Location: Brighton and Hove, United Kingdom, BN1 9BL

This role involves working with the team at Brighton & Hove Albion FC during the 2026/27 football season, supporting beverage operations on both matchdays and non-matchdays. The position requires flexible availability, including working evenings and weekends as part of the operational schedule.

Duties:

• Maintain all cellar areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management
• Change kegs, casks, and gas cylinders safely and efficiently
• Ensure beer lines are maintained and products are served to quality standards
• Support with stock rotation and minimise product wastage
• Carry out regular cellar cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Support bar teams by ensuring products are available throughout service

Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a cellar environment is essential
• Good knowledge of draught beer systems and cellar operations
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Physically capable of manual handling duties
• Understanding of health & safety requirements within hospitality operations
