Customer Advisor

Location: Brighton Carden Avenue Argos, Brighton, BN1 8LW

As a Customer Advisor, you will provide an excellent experience for customers at our store, focusing on tills, collection counters, and general shop floor assistance. This role involves late shifts from 17:00 - 22:00, with hours scheduled to fit around your availability across weekdays and weekends.

Duties:

• Deliver excellent customer service on the tills, website screens, and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area and process payments and refunds
• Assist customers on the shop floor with questions and provide product advice
• Maintain store cleanliness and build knowledge on products, services, and promotions

Requirements:

• Must be above school-leaver age
• Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable discussing financial services
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, physical environment
