Customer Assistant

Location: Shoreham-by-sea, West Sussex, UK

This role involves working Sunday, Monday, and Saturday, 18:00-22:00. As a Customer Assistant in Operations, you will act as the backstage powerhouse, managing deliveries and stock to ensure the shop floor remains fully stocked and clean. You will be expected to work with urgency and accuracy, adapting to the needs of the wider store.

Duties:

• Manage stock and deliveries
• Ensure the shop floor is clean and fully stocked
• Use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock
• Support colleagues across the store

Requirements:

• Physically capable of high-intensity, demanding work
• Digitally confident in using management tools
• Strong team player
• Able to work with pace and purpose
