Customer Team Member 1

Location: 3-9 Warren Way Wooding Dean, Brighton, BN2 6PH

This role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment delivering friendly service to the local community. The working pattern includes a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts across Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, and will include working in the in-store bakery.

Duties:

• Support the day to day running of the store
• Work on the shop floor, tills, and in the bakery
• Keep shelves stocked and check prices, dates, and stock accuracy
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community

Requirements:

• Aged 18 or over
• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service
• Ability to work as part of a team and flexibly across a range of shifts
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
