Supervisor

Location: Brighton

As a Supervisor at Blacks, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering high service standards. You will lead by example, support your colleagues throughout each shift, and assist with daily operational tasks to ensure the store maintains its trusted reputation.

Duties:

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets Blacks standards.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean and organised.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to uphold high standards.
• Passion for retail and the outdoors, with good product knowledge.
