Food & Beverage Assistant

Location: Shoreham by Sea, BN43 6LT

As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience for residents, families, and visitors. You will support the day-to-day delivery of food and beverage services by serving meals and refreshments and ensuring dining areas are kept clean and inviting. You will work closely with the hospitality and kitchen teams to ensure high standards of service are maintained.

Duties:

• Serving meals and refreshments to residents and visitors
• Ensuring dining areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting
• Supporting the kitchen team with day-to-day operations
• Assisting with the delivery of food and beverage services throughout the home

Requirements:

• Experience in a hospitality, catering, or customer service environment
• A friendly, caring, and professional approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• An understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices
