Matchday Here to Help

Location: American Express Stadium, Village Way, Brighton and Hove, BN1 9BL

As a member of the Here to Help team, you will serve as the face of the club, providing a welcoming and smooth experience for all supporters and visitors. You are expected to work all home Premier League matches for the 26/27 season, along with additional cup games and friendlies, with shifts continuing until the final whistle.

Duties:

• Act as a point of contact for fans arriving at the stadium
• Assist customers with general enquiries regarding matchday and ticketing
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Champion club values throughout the matchday experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Exceptional communication skills
• Availability to work all home match days
• Valid proof of the right to live and work in the UK
