Trading Post Coffee Roasters is seeking a passionate part-time Breakfast Chef to join their fast-paced team in Brighton. The role focuses on delivering exceptional, consistent food quality while adhering to company standards. There are no late evening shifts associated with this position.

Duties:

• Ensure the reputation for excellent food and service is upheld at all times
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped for service
• Support in all areas of the kitchen as required
• Undertake regular training and strive for self-improvement
• Work to support a busy team and contribute to team-driven results
• Maintain a smart and professional appearance

Requirements:

• Hospitality and service experience
• Fast-paced environment experience
• Fluent in English
• Food Safety knowledge
• Food preparation skills
