Trading Post Coffee Roasters is seeking a positive and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to support their artisan coffee and dining operations. This role involves working within a busy kitchen environment where the ability to thrive under pressure is essential. Applicants should be prepared to work as part of a team supporting the back-of-house staff during service.

Duties:

• Support the Back of House team in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped for service
• Action any tasks requested by the Duty Chef or Duty Manager
• Bring a positive attitude and strive for self-improvement
• Work to support the team and contribute to results

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
• Ability to use initiative and work under pressure
• Dedicated team-player with a collaborative attitude
• Effective communication and listening skills
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
