Trading Post Coffee Roasters is seeking a positive and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to support their busy kitchen team in an artisan hospitality environment. This role is available on a Part Time or Full Time basis, requiring a candidate who thrives under pressure and enjoys contributing to a fast-paced service.

Duties:

• Support the Back of House team in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped for service
• Action any tasks requested by the Duty Chef or Duty Manager
• Be the face of positivity and motivation, bringing your best and most positive self at all times
• Undertake regular training and always be striving for self-improvement
• Work to support a busy team and take an active part in contributing to team-driven results
• Display a smart and professional appearance

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to quickly prioritise tasks
• Ability to use initiative to problem solve and work well under pressure
• Dedicated team-player with an 'all in this together' attitude
• An effective communicator and listener to instructions
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
